Event Booking

1. A payment of $300 is required for members of the centre and association, and $400 for non-members, to cover electricity, water, insurance, garbage collection, etc., along with a $200 security deposit, which will be refunded after the event if no issues arise.
2. Cleaning the entire centre (inside and outside) after the event is the responsibility of the event organiser.
3. Individuals using the centre's utensils and equipment will receive them according to an itemised list and must return them accordingly at the end of the event. In case of shortages, breakage, or damage to movable or immovable items, the event host is responsible and must compensate for the loss.
4. Responsibility for supervising young children during the event lies with the event organisers. If, due to negligence, an unfortunate incident occurs, the centre will not be held accountable.
5. Please bring the following items with you: Disposable utensils such as plates, cups, spoons, and forks; Table covers; Toilet paper; Tissues; Tea and suitable sweets; Plastic bags and rubbish bags.
6. If food is served and the kitchen is used, an additional $100 must be paid.

1. پرداخت مبلغ 300$ برای اعضای مرکز و انجمن و مبلغ 400$ برای افراد غیر عضو جهت مصارف برق، آب و بیمه حمل زباله یا اشغال و غیره و مبلغ 200$ برای ضمانت که مبلغ ضمانت بعد از ختم محفل در صورت نبودن مورد خاص دوباره برگردانیده میشود.
2. پاک کاری تمام مرکز داخل و خارج بعد از ختم محفل بدوش برگذار کننده محفل میباشند.
3. افرادیکه از وسایل و ظروف مرکز استفاده مینمایند ظروف و وسایل به اساس لست به ایشان تسلیم و در ختم محفل مطابق به آن است پس گرفته میشود. در صورت کمبود و شکست و ریخت وسایل منقول و غیر منقول صاحب مجلس مسول بوده و مکلف به جبران خساره وارده میباشد.
4. مسولیت نگهداری اطفال خورد سال در طول مدت که محفل ادامه دارد به عهده مسولین برگذار کننده محفل بوده و در صورت بی توجهی اگر خدا ناخواسته کدام واقعه رخ دهد مسولیت آن متوجه مسولین مرکز نخواهد بود.
5. لطفا اجناس ذیل را با خود بیاورید: ظروف یکبار مصرفی از قبیل بشقاب گیلاس، قاشق و پنجه؛ روی میزی؛ کاغذ تشناب؛ دستمال کاغذی؛ چای و شرینی باب؛ خریطه پلاستیکی خریطه ربش بین.
6. در صورت صرف غذا و استفاده از آشپزخانه، افراد مکلف به پرداخت 100$ دالر دیگر نیز میباشند
