إِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا۟ مُدْبِرِينَ (27:80)

You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels.
